What Is Credit Management In Fiesta?
Credit Management is a feature which allows Fiesta users to view their current Credit Balance and Credit History, and to redeem codes that add credits to a Credit Balance in the Fiesta Web App. Redemption is available in Billing for existing accounts and during onboarding for new accounts.
After a code is redeemed, the Credit Balance applies automatically toward eligible future Fiesta Software invoices.
Note: Credit redemption is available on the Fiesta Web App only.

What Is A Credit Balance?
A Credit Balance is a stored software credit amount that is added after a valid redemption code is redeemed in the Fiesta Web App. The balance remains on the account until it is applied to eligible future Fiesta Software charges.
Note: Credit redemption is not available in the Fiesta iOS App.
How To
Redeem A Credit Code In Billing
- Log into the Fiesta Web App
- Select the Account Icon at the top right
- Select Billing
- Locate the Credit Balance section
- Select Redeem Code
- Enter the redemption code
- Select Redeem
- Review the updated Credit Balance
How To
Redeem A Credit Code During Onboarding
- Log into Fiesta
- Continue through onboarding until the billing or credit redemption step appears
- Enter the redemption code
- Select Redeem
- Confirm that the Credit Balance appears before completing onboarding
What To Know
Applying Credit Balance To Future Invoices
After redemption, the Credit Balance applies automatically toward future eligible Fiesta Software invoices. No additional redemption step is required after the balance is added to the account.
If the full balance is not used on one invoice, the remaining amount stays on the account and continues to apply to later eligible invoices until the balance is used.

Checking The Remaining Balance
The remaining Credit Balance is visible in the Billing section of the Fiesta Web App. This view also shows when the balance is expected to apply next.
Checking the balance in Billing is the primary way to confirm whether a redeemed code has been added and whether any amount remains available for future invoices.
What To Know
Lost Redemption Code
If a redemption code is lost before it is redeemed, contact our support team to help review the purchase and confirm whether a Credit Balance is available. A replacement code or manual assistance may be provided when applicable.
If the account already shows a Credit Balance in Billing, the code has already been redeemed and does not need to be entered again.
