What Are Devices?
A Device in Fiesta refers to an iPad that has been assigned to your account using a Fiesta License. This iPad is what guests interact with during an in-person event, making it the main tool used to run the photo booth.
To view or manage Devices, select Devices from the Account Management menu, located in the upper-right corner of Fiesta.
How To
Access Account Devices
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select the Account Icon in the upper-right corner
- Select Devices from the dropdown menu
From the Devices page, you can:
- Remove A Device from the account if it is no longer in use.
- View the iPad’s software version (iPadOS) and the version of the Fiesta iOS App currently installed.
What To Know
Assigned iPads
An assigned iPad is a device that is associated with a Fiesta License.
These iPads are associated with an account by installing the Fiesta iOS App on the iPad and signing in to the Fiesta iOS App.
Each assigned iPad associated with an account requires a separate license. Once the iPad is associated with a license, the device can be viewed and managed at any time by selecting Devices from the Account Management dropdown menu of Fiesta.
What To Know
Adding A Device
If there is an unused license available on an account, it is possible to log in with an iPad or iPhone to associate the license with that device, allowing the device to run an event.
Any device can log in to the Fiesta iOS App. However, only Devices associated with a license are able to run photo booth sessions.
IMPORTANT: If no licenses are available when an iPad signs in, the iPad can still run a Sharing Station when Fiesta Pro is active and Sharing Station is enabled for the event.
Learn more about Sharing Station.
How To
Add A Device
To Add An Assigned iPad:
- Download Fiesta: Photo Booth Software from the Apple App Store on the unassigned iPad
- Open the Fiesta iOS App on the unassigned iPad
- Log in to the Fiesta account
If a license is available, the iPad is assigned with that license and appears in the Devices section within account settings.
Note: If a photo booth session cannot be run, it may be necessary to add an additional license or remove another iPad from the Fiesta account.

What To Know
Removing A Device
If there is a plan to use fewer Devices in the future, or to replace a currently assigned iPad, an assigned iPad can be removed from the account at any time to free up an additional license. This allows a different or new iPad to be assigned to the account.
Note: When removing a device from an account, that device loses the ability to run an event, and the Device information no longer appears under Devices.
How To
Remove A Device
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select the Account icon in the upper-right corner
- Select Devices from the dropdown menu
- Identify the assigned iPad to remove
- Select Remove Device
- Confirm the assigned iPad should be removed from the account, then select Remove Device
Note: An assigned iPad can also be removed by opening the Fiesta iOS App on the iPad that should be removed and logging out.
What To Know
iPad iOS And App Versions
The Devices section of Fiesta account settings provides details about all iPads assigned to a license. This allows at-a-glance management and information about the iPad model, software versions, and activity.
The Devices Section Will Display:
- iPad model and generation
- Last activity date
- iPadOS version
- Fiesta iOS App version
Note: The last activity date is the last time the Fiesta iOS App was opened while the iPad was connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or cellular data.
