Success Hub
Success Hub is the central space for booth owners to access onboarding, business education, and community in one place. It brings together guided learning for Fiesta, growth resources, and industry conversation in a single destination.
Inside Success Hub, booth owners can complete Fiesta Onboardings, explore the Academy, join live webinars and coaching sessions, and download resources that support event preparation, operations, and business growth, including a sample contract template and pricing calculator spreadsheet.
Success Hub also includes a community space for sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning from other booth owners. It is designed for education, collaboration, and business growth outside of technical troubleshooting.
What To Know
Where To Find Success Hub
Success Hub is available in Fiesta through the top navigation bar. Selecting the link opens the community in a separate browser tab rather than replacing the current Fiesta page.
This keeps Fiesta available in the original tab while the community opens alongside it, allowing you to manage your Fiesta account and events while participating in Success Hub discussions.
Note: Success Hub can also be accessed directly at https://successhub.photoboothsupplyco.com.

Access Success Hub In Fiesta
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select Success Hub in the top navigation bar
- Review the Success Hub page in the new browser tab
How To
Create A Success Hub Profile
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select Success Hub in the top navigation bar
- Optional: Add a profile picture by selecting Add A Photo
- Fill out the Full name and Timezone fields
- Optional: Fill out the fields for Bio, Location, Website, and social media URLs
- Confirm your Success Hub account Permissions
- Select Continue
What To Know
Success Hub Access Issues
In some cases, Success Hub may not appear in the top navigation bar or may not open as expected, or the verification code page may unexpectedly appear again after the email address was already verified.
If Success Hub is unavailable or does not open as expected, please contact our support team for further assistance.

What is the Photobooth Academy?
- The Photobooth Academy is a collection of courses inside Success Hub focused on running and growing your photo booth business, covering topics such as event prep, event execution, brand identity, booking clients, and building a website
I used to attend Onboardings without a Fiesta account. Has that changed?
- Yes. Onboardings are now hosted inside Success Hub, which requires an active Fiesta account to access. If you don't have a Fiesta account yet, you can start a free trial to get access
Do I need to complete the Onboardings before I access other resources?
- You don't have to, but we strongly recommend it. Onboardings build the foundation that makes everything else inside Success Hub more useful
- Most owners who complete Onboardings early get more out of Success Hub later
Who do I contact if I have questions about Success Hub?

Can I ask technical or hardware questions in the Success Hub?
- Success Hub is designed for business growth and Fiesta Software education, not troubleshooting
