What Is The Portfolio?
The Portfolio is a shareable page that displays selected past events. Each event shown in the Portfolio includes all captures from that event.
The Portfolio can be shared as a standalone link or embedded on a website. Added events determine what appears in the Portfolio, and order in which events are displayed can be adjusted to control how your past work is presented.
Features such as Password Protection and Branding also help tailor the Portfolio for the desired client-facing experience.
How To
Enable Portfolio
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select Portfolio along the top navigation bar
- Under the Settings tab, toggle on Enable Portfolio
What To Know
Adding Events To Portfolio
To display content in the Portfolio, events must first be added to it. When an event is added, all captures from that event appear in the Portfolio.
Note: Individual captures cannot be filtered out or hidden.
Captures added to that event later will also appear in the Portfolio automatically, so it is recommended to review the event before it is added.

Add Events To Portfolio
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event to add to your Portfolio
- Select the three-dot menu to the right of Configure Event
- Select +Add Event To Portfolio from the dropdown menu

- Select the three-dot menu next to the event title on an event card
- Select +Add Event To Portfolio from the dropdown menu
How To
Adjust Events Order
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select Portfolio along the top navigation bar
- In the Settings tab, select Events Order
- Select the order to display events
What To Know
Password Protection
Password Protection adds another layer of privacy to the Portfolio by limiting access to approved viewers. This helps protect event captures while still making the Portfolio available for sharing with potential clients.
It is a helpful option when the Portfolio is used to showcase work without making all captures openly accessible.
How To
Set A Portfolio Password
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select Portfolio along the top navigation bar
- In the Settings tab, toggle on Password Protection
- Input a Portfolio Password

What To Know
Embed Code
Embed Code makes it possible to display the Portfolio on a separate website. This is useful when the Portfolio needs to appear within an existing site instead of opening as a standalone link.
The Embed Code is available in the Advanced Settings section in the Portfolio Settings tab, and setup steps depend on the website provider:
Note: Portfolio Embed Codes are only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.
What To Know
Branding
Branding allows the Portfolio to better match an existing website, visual style, or client-facing experience. This helps create a more consistent presentation across shared content.
Many Branding options are shared across features such as the Live Gallery, Proposal, and Email, which helps keep styling aligned across the Fiesta experience.
What To Know
FAQ
I've updated my Portfolio but my website is not showing the update! What is happening?
- The direct Portfolio link will update immediately, however the Embed could take between 15 minutes and 48 hours depending on the rate the website provider updates the view.
- To update the Embed faster, it can be removed and re-added to the website.
Can I share only some captures from an event to the Portfolio?
- It is not possible to limit the number of captures shared from an event to the Portfolio.
- A workaround would be to download the captures for the Portfolio from the initial event, duplicate the event, upload the desired captures to the duplicated event, and share the duplicated event to the Portfolio.

Can I remove events from the Portfolio?
- Yes
- To remove events from the Portfolio, follow the same steps to add; the option to add the event will be replaced with the option to remove the event.
