What Is The Quick Action Menu?

The Quick Action Menu provides fast access to key attendant-side event controls while an event is actively running.

Instead of opening a separate screen, triple-tapping the upper-left corner displays a small dropdown menu with options to exit the event, open the Quick Gallery, or access the full Admin Menu.

What To Know
Quick Gallery

The Quick Gallery provides immediate access to all captures taken during the current event. The display is similar to Gallery Mode, but only booth attendants and administrators can access the Quick Gallery.

If an event passcode is enabled, the passcode must be entered before the Quick Gallery can be opened. After the Quick Gallery is closed, the event returns to the Tap To Start screen so the event can continue normally.

What To Know
FAQ

What is displayed in the Quick Gallery?

  • All completed captures from the current event are shown, using the same display and sharing functionality as Gallery Mode or Sharing Station.

Will guests see the Quick Gallery?

  • No. The Quick Gallery is intended for booth attendants or administrators and requires the event passcode if one is configured.

What if there's a passcode set for the Event?

  • Selecting either option from the Quick Action Menu first prompts for the event passcode. If the passcode is entered correctly, access continues. If it is not, the menu closes.

Does this change how I exit the event?

  • No. The Quick Action Menu does not change the event-exit process itself. It only provides a faster and more convenient way to access the same Exit Event action.
