What are Event Branding Design Settings?

Event Branding is a set of features that create a consistent guest experience across the Live Gallery, Event Proposals, and Email Shares.

Add the Logo, Company Info, and develop Call-to-Action buttons to build brand awareness for events.

Note: When customizing Virtual Events, Event Branding will also affect the guest experience within the Virtual Booth.

Access Event Branding Design Settings

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select an event or create a new event
  3. Select Configure Event
  4. Select the Branding tab

The Design settings will be the first section on the left navigation.

Toggle Event Branding Design Settings On And Off

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select an event or create a new event
  3. Select Configure Event
  4. Select the Branding tab
  5. Locate the setting to adjust
  6. Select the toggle to switch it on

Note: The toggle icon will appear black when the toggle is On and will be off-white when the toggle is Off.

Accent Color

The Accent Color is a custom color that applies to various elements of the gallery, sharing, and proposal.

Select the color to immediately create a sense of cohesiveness between the screens guests engage with during and after the event.

The Accent Color affects the color of the links, Call To Action buttons, Email Shares, Event Proposals, and other elements in the Live Gallery. It adds a pop of color to events, a small detail that is sure to delight guests and clients alike.

Background Color

The Background Color is a custom color that applies to the background of email shares.

This allows for further customization of the sharing experience for guests to see.

Adjust Accent Color And Background Color

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select an event or create a new event
  3. Select Configure Event
  4. Select the Branding tab
  5. Select Accent Color or Background Color
  6. Select the colored box, and choose the desired color 

    Note: A hex code can also be used to match an exact color.

Brand Logo

Add a JPG or PNG file to be displayed on all branded screens using the Logo feature. Link the Logo to the website URL and easily build brand awareness with all of the guests at an event. 

The Logo appears on all branded screens in an event, including Email shares and the Live Gallery. A link can be added to the Logo to direct guests to a specific business or organization.

  3. Select Configure Event
  4. Select the Branding tab
  5. Select Logo
  6. Toggle On Logo
  7. Select Add Logo
  8. Select a logo from the recent uploads, or upload a new Logo from the device

  5. Ensure a Logo is added
  6. Enter the URL in the text box below the selected logo

Event Subtitle

The Event Subtitle is a small, customizable sentence or phrase to communicate the event's motto. It can be used to inspire guests, to thank them, or even to cheer them on.

Write a short Event Subtitle to say a bit more to guests interacting with the Live Gallery and Sharing methods.

  5. Select Event Subtitle
  6. Toggle On Event Subtitle
  7. Enter an Event Subtitle into the Subtitle field

Featured Image

The Featured Image appears in the heading of the Live Gallery and the Proposal. If there is no Featured Image selected, the first three (3) captures of the event are displayed on the Live Gallery.

The Featured Image Style is an effect that can be applied to the Featured Image on the Live Gallery. Four (4) different options are available to adjust the appearance of the Live Gallery header, allowing further customization to properly match the theme of the event.

Theme

The Theme alters the coloring of the Live Gallery. There are two options to choose from: Light or Dark. Choose whether the Live Gallery has a light or dark Theme to match the customized choices.

The Light theme will either apply a translucent white overlay or an opaque white background, depending on the Featured Image Style selected. The Dark theme will either apply a translucent black overlay or an opaque black background, depending on the Featured Image Style selected.

Call-to-Action Button

A Call To Action button is a button that prompts guests to engage with it. Call-to-Action buttons are meant to drive traffic to specific links and web pages to gain as much attention as possible. 

Add a Call-to-Action button and drive guest traffic to another website.

The button consists of two parts:

  • Button URL: This is the web or email address that visitors are taken to when they click the button
  • Button Label: This is the text within the button that urges them to click
