Before assembling your Salsa 2 Photo Booth, make sure that you have:

Step One
Assemble Booth

  1. Remove the Salsa 2 Head from the front of the case and place it on the fabric flap of the carrying case
  2. Remove the Salsa 2 Baseplate from the case
  3. Remove the power cables and booth accessories from the case
  4. Remove the first Salsa 2 Pole from the case
  5. Run the Salsa 2 Power Cable through the bottom of the Baseplate
  6. Run the Salsa 2 Power Cable through the first Salsa 2 Pole Cable Conduit
  7. Fasten the first Salsa 2 Pole to the Baseplate
  8. Remove the second Salsa 2 Pole from the case
  9. Run the Salsa 2 Power Cable through the second Salsa 2 Pole Cable Conduit
  10. Fasten the second Pole to the first Pole and the Baseplate
  11. Run the remainder of the Salsa 2 Power Cable through the rubber grommet at the base of the Salsa 2 Neck
  12. Open the Salsa 2 Head using the Roamer Release Lever
  13. Connect the Power Cable to the USB-C input on the back of the Salsa 2 Roamer
  14. Connect the Salsa 2 Power Cable to the Power Supply
  15. Connect the Salsa 2 Power Supply to the AC Extension Cable
  16. Plug the AC Extension Cable into the wall
  17. Close the Salsa 2 Head

Note: Salsa 2 should be set up in a space that measures roughly 10 feet wide by 5 feet deep. Ideally, for the best capture exposure, the booth should be assembled 3 feet from the backdrop and have at least 2 feet behind it to allow for guest traffic.

Step Two
Install iPad

  1. Remove the Allen wrench from the Salsa 2 Case
  2. Unscrew the four screws holding the Faceplate in place
  3. Remove the Salsa 2 Faceplate
  4. Plug the USB-C cable into the iPad
  5. Insert the iPad into the Salsa 2 Front Plate
  6. Reattach the Faceplate
  7. Screw the four screws back in to lock the Faceplate into place

Note: Unlike the Salsa 1, it is okay to run the Salsa 2 without an iPad or cardboard insert installed in the Faceplate area.
