Why is the serial number important?
Each photo booth receives a unique serial number that allows PBSCO to track a variety of important details throughout the booth's life cycle. It helps us monitor key information, such as the booth’s production year, any transfers of ownership, and the status of the warranty.
For businesses that own multiple booths, the serial number also plays a critical role in distinguishing between identical models, ensuring we know exactly which unit is being referred to when discussing service, repairs, or upgrades.
Additionally, the serial number is a crucial piece of information if the owner ever needs to request repairs or troubleshooting support. By providing the serial number, we can access the booth's specific service history and offer more accurate assistance.
