- Power off the Salsa 2 and unplug it from the outlet
- Remove the faceplate and iPad from the booth
Note: To reduce the chance of damage to the iPad or booth, power off the booth and lay the head down on a flat surface before removing the iPad - The Salsa 2 serial number should be located on a sticker with a barcode on the roamer just behind the faceplate

Locate The Serial Number On Guac
The Guac serial number can be easily located in two places, inside the Guac head under the AC hub, or behind the iPad.
- Power off the Guac and unplug it from the outlet
- Remove the faceplate and iPad from the booth
Note: To reduce the chance of damage to the iPad or booth, power off the booth and lay the head down on a flat surface before removing the iPad. - The Guac serial number should be located on a sticker with a barcode behind where the iPad sits

- Turn the knob on the back of Guac to unlock the back door
- Use the knob to lift and remove the door, setting it to the side
- Locate the AC hub in the center of the Guac head
- Under the AC hub and between the two knobs Inside the Guac head you will find your Guac serial number

- Loosen the knobs on the bottom of the printer shell
- Remove the printer shell
- The Chips Serial Number can be found on a barcode sticker on the black chassis near the front side of the platform.
