Walkthrough
What is the Live Gallery?
The Live Gallery is a website that stores all of the Photos, Videos, GIF, and Boomerang captures taken from your event for your client and guests to view during or after an event.
The Live Gallery is updated in real-time, so long as the booth has an internet connection.
You can customize the look, branding, sharing options, and security of each Live Gallery to perfectly tailor it for any event!
How To
Enable The Live Gallery
- Log in to Fiesta
- Create or select an event
- Select Configure Event
- Select Live Gallery
- Toggle Enable Live Gallery On or Off
Note: When toggled off, the Live Gallery for the event will be disabled. Guests will only see the captures they've taken during the event, with no access to the Live Gallery. Instead, they will see a 'No Photos Here For more information, please contact your rental company.' message.

Learn more about Branding Settings
The Live Gallery Branding section also supports the setup for Custom Subdomains for events. Whether a nice touch for newlyweds, a branding opportunity for a DJ, or a special call for a business to make their features pop, Custom Subdomains help draw attention and make an event more memorable.
Note: Custom Subdomain is only available with a Fiesta Pro subscription.

Disable Use Branding Settings
- Login to the Fiesta Software
- Select the event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event

The Slideshow can be displayed on a television or a computer during an event by opening the Live Gallery URL in a smart TV internet browser, or by tethering a laptop to a television or projector screen using an HDMI cable.
Note: Slideshow is only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.
