What are Event Analytics?
Event Analytics is a feature that allows you to view valuable pieces of information collected during every event. It is also the place where you can download a list of all email addresses and phone numbers shared by guests.
At a glance, you can view how many captures were taken, what type of captures guests used, how many guests have shared captures, and more.
This information is perfect for seeing how successful the event was, what the most popular capture modes were, and the most common method of sharing.
You can use this for your own insight into how events are run, share the data with a client, or download and use guests’ contact information for post-event marketing purposes.
How To
Access Analytics
- Log in to the Fiesta app
- Select an event
- Click the Analytics tab on the Event Dashboard
Note: Live Gallery Analytics are only available for Fiesta Pro subscribers.
How To
Copy Analytics Link
- Log in to the Fiesta app
- Select an event
- Click the Analytics tab on the Event Dashboard
- Select the Link button beside the Email Sharing & Survey Data button
The link to the Analytics display page will be copied directly to your clipboard, and can be used to share with other clients, to keep for your records, or to display on your website.

What are Media Analytics?
- The Media Analytics section displays information about how guests interacted with the event
- Sharing Method and Mode Selection statistics are displayed in this category
Note: Airdrop share statistics are not included in Analytics
What are Live Gallery Analytics?
- The Live Gallery Analytics section displays information about how guests have interacted with the Event's Live Gallery during or after the event
- This section has the potential to change and continue to collect data long after the event has ended
- Views per Device Type, Number of Shares to Social Media, Call To Action clicks, number of downloads from Live Gallery, and Most Viewed and Shared captures are collected
What is Survey Data?
- Survey data collected displays Survey information from how guests responded to multiple-choice answers
- This is only available if the Survey was turned on for the event
- For a further breakdown of the Survey results, it is important to download the Sharing & Survey Data

Why are Analytics displaying 0 during or right after an event?
- If the event was run in Offline mode, or there were other connection issues during the event, the Analytics page will not update until the device has been connected to a more stable internet connection
- Other signs the device was not able to upload from an event is the Live Gallery and Event Gallery missing captures from the event
