What is the Virtual Event Interface?

The Virtual Event Interface is your guests’ first impression of the Virtual Booth experience.

The Interface includes:

  • Background

  • Start Button

  • Disclaimer

From the Interface settings, you can customize these parts of the Virtual Booth to create a fully personalized and branded event.

Features

Background

The Background settings give you the ability to create an engaging aesthetic for guests to experience as soon as they visit the Virtual Booth link.

You can select a background from Fiesta Library, or upload your own image or video to play once the page is opened.

Note: Video backgrounds may not play if the Virtual Booth is visited from a device with video auto-play disabled or if it is in a low power mode.

What To Know

Backgrounds on Different Screen Sizes

Because the Virtual Booth can be visited from a wide range of devices and screen sizes, you will want to preview and test your selected Background on both a desktop browser and a mobile device.

The preview on the right side of the Event Settings screen will give you a good idea, however, you may want to click Open Link to open the Virtual Booth in a browser window.

If you’re on a desktop computer, you can resize the browser window to get an idea of how the Background will appear on a wider range of screen sizes.

By default, the Virtual Booth will display a circular button with the text saying “Start Virtual Booth”. However, this button can take on any shape, color, or text by uploading an image to the Start Button settings.

Note: The Disclaimer title and body have character limits of 30 and 10,000, respectively.
