What is the Portfolio?
The Portfolio feature in Fiesta allows you to display past events to future clients, and to show off your best work. The Portfolio can be used on its own or added to an existing website, and can be fully customized to align with your brand. You have full control over what events are displayed and how they are displayed in your Portfolio, to ensure a unique experience.
What To Know
Portfolio Settings
The Settings tab in the Portfolio section is where all basic feature controls are. These include whether the Portfolio is active, what order the events are displayed in, and whether there is a password protection on the Portfolio access.
You also have access to the Portfolio link to share with potential clients and the embed code if you would like to add the Portfolio directly to your own website.
How To
Adjust The Portfolio Settings
To Enable the Portfolio:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Settings tab
Select the toggle next to Enable Portfolio
After the Portfolio has been enabled, you can adjust the order the Portfolio Events are listed between four options, or add a password.
To Enable the Portfolio Password:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Settings tab
Select the toggle next to Password Protection to toggle on the Password
In the Password Protection section, enter a Portfolio Password
Enter a Password Hint below the Password
All changes will be saved automatically!
Note: the Portfolio Password is separate from the Account Password and Event Passcode
What To Know
Portfolio Branding
The Portfolio can be customized to fit your brand by using the Branding tab. From here, you can adjust the accent color, the title, add a logo, choose a featured image from your device, and add a Call to Action button.
How To
Adjust The Portfolio Branding
Like the Live Gallery, adjusting the Portfolio Branding is simple and comprehensive.
To adjust the accent color:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Branding tab
Select Accent Color
Select the box next to Accent Color
Select the color from the Color Picker or input the Hex code
After selecting the color, click or tap off of the Color Picker to save your color choice.
If you would like the portfolio to have a title, make sure to toggle on the Portfolio Title and enter your custom title and subtitle.
To Adjust the Portfolio Title:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Branding tab
Toggle the Portfolio Title on
Type the desired title into the Page Title section
Type the desired subtitle into the Page Subtitle section
These will be saved automatically as they are added!
To add a Logo to the Portfolio:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Branding tab
Toggle the Logo on
Select the Add Logo dropdown
Select Upload from your Device
Select Select File
Select the file you wish to upload
Select Open
To add a Featured Image:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Branding tab
Toggle the Featured Image on
Select Add Featured Image
Select Upload from your Device
Select Select File
Select the file you wish to upload
Select Open
Select Dark or Light theme
To add a Call to Action button:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Branding tab
Toggle the Featured Image on
Paste the desired Button URL into the Button URL section
Type the desired text for the Button into the Button Label section
To add the Company Info to the Portfolio:
Log in to Fiesta
Select the Portfolio tab along the top of the screen
Select the Branding tab
Toggle the Company Info on
Select which information is shared on the Portfolio
