Design Studio

  • Design options shown in the Design Studio Editor may include additional layouts that do not match the selected layout.

Guest Experience (iPad, DSLR, and 360 Events)

  • Edits made to a Photo Template or Overlay in Design Studio while the event is running may not be applied.

    • Workaround: Remove the design from the Capture Mode and add the updated design.

  • Entering a phone number that start with a zero may prevent users from sending text shares.

Guest Experience (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Gallery Mode may display a blank black screen for specific events that include captures taken from the Salsa iOS App.

  • GIF captures may fail to apply filters to all frames.

  • Processing longer video captures may take more time than expected.

  • Some animated Masks may not appear correctly in captures.

Fiesta Onboarding

  • Upon first login, the onboarding screen may fail to load and may appear briefly when navigating through the app.

    • Workaround: Navigate to Design Studio or Business Tools to complete the onboarding form.

Event Dashboard

  • The option to download all captures from an event may appear greyed out and unavailable.

Event Settings – Interface

  • The Fiesta library for Tap To Start Screens may not show all available options.

Event Settings – Modes

  • When selecting a Photo Template layout, filtering by 4.5x6 or 9x16 may display a blank page. (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Overlays created in Design Studio may not appear when browsing existing Overlay designs from the 360 Modes settings. (360 Events)

Event Settings – Branding

  • Entering URLs that contain a hyphen for a Call-To-Action button may display an error and not save.

Email Sharing

  • The subject line for emails may have an unexpected lower limit for characters.

    • Workaround: Modify the subject line from the Salsa App.

Printing (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Auto-print may fail to work if the Print Button is not enabled.

  • Setting the number of auto-printed copies may not work in correctly setting the number of copies to be printed.

  • Chips may fail to connect when the iPad is offline. (Guac Booth)

Sharing Station

  • Starting Sharing Station for the first time in an event with numerous captures may take a longer time to load than expected.

    • Workaround: Remain connected to Wi-Fi and wait for all captures to finish downloading. Subsequent starts of Sharing Station will load immediately.

Offline Mode (Fiesta iOS App only)

  • Devices page in Account Management may display an infinite loading indicator when viewed offline.

Business Tools

  • Business Tools may not appear in the top navigation when logged in to an account that is not subscribed.

    • Workaround: If you need to access the Marketing Materials, log in to the Salsa Web App.

Tortilla Dashboard

  • A duplicate Tortilla may appear when updating firmware.
