What is the In-Person Event Interface?

The Event Interface is the first impression for guests, and features how they will interact with the booth.

From this setting screen, you are able to adjust the duration of the countdown, customize and brand the Tap To Start Screen, set your LED Ring color and pattern, enable a Disclaimer, and set the event to Hands-Free Mode for a touch-free experience.

Features

Tap To Start Screen

The Tap To Start Screen is the first point of interaction guests will have with your booth, and is a great location for branding.

The screen can be changed to fit your event’s theme by selecting from Fiesta’s library of animated Tap To Start screens, or by uploading a custom image or video for a fully branded experience.

Note: The Tap To Start Screen is not used if Hands-Free Mode is enabled.

Features

Countdown

The Countdown Control allows you to adjust how much time guests have between making their pre-capture selections and before their capture is taken.

If Pose Tips are enabled for the event, the countdown will begin after the pose tip finishes playing.

The GIF Capture Mode includes an additional countdown that is displayed between each capture. The time between each GIF capture can be adjusted within GIF Mode settings.

Features

LED Ring

The LED Ring features a myriad of color and pattern options to match the branding of your event and make sure your booth stands out in a crowd.

You can adjust the color, pattern, and brightness of the LED Ring from the Event Interface screen after pairing the Fiesta iOS App to the Salsa or Guac Photo Booth or any time from the Fiesta Web App.

Features

Disclaimer

The Disclaimer Screen allows you to present important terms and conditions, information about rights and permissions to use captures taken by guests, or any other information before guests select a capture mode.

You can enable the Disclaimer from the Event Interface Screen and enter a short title and longer body of text.

Note: The Disclaimer title and body have character limits of 30 and 10,000, respectively.

Features

Hands-Free Mode

Hands-Free Mode is a fun and useful feature to assist in limiting the physical interactions guests have with the photo booth when initiating a capture.

Hands-Free Mode replaces the Tap To Start Screen with a graphic, instructing guests to wave their hand to start their session.

Note: For the best experience, it is recommended to use other hands-free features such as QR code and to limit capture modes and other settings to one option.
