What Is An Overlay?

An Overlay in the Fiesta Design Studio Editor holds a single capture, meant to look like a frame over a Photo, GIF, Boomerang, Video, or 360 capture. The design does not have a background and sits on top of the capture it is applied to.

If the size of the Overlay is adjusted, the capture size will also be adjusted to fit the Overlay design. Only one capture Placeholder can be applied to Overlay designs.

Note: The Placeholder layer position cannot be changed.

How To

Create An Overlay

The Overlay Editor can be accessed by clicking the Design Studio within Fiesta.

To create an Overlay:

  1. Log in to the Fiesta

  2. Select Design Studio

  3. Select Create Design in the upper right

  4. Under the Single Capture section, select the orientation

  5. If selecting Landscape or Portrait orientation, select the size

From here you can use the Design Studio Editor to change text, add art assets, and further customize the selected design.
