Known Issues

 
 

Design Studio

  • Design Studio is only available on the Fiesta Web App.

  • Design options shown in the Design Studio Editor may include additional layouts that do not match the selected layout.

Offline Mode (Fiesta iOS App only)

  • Devices page in Account Management may display an infinite loading indicator when viewed offline.

Guest Experience (iPad, DSLR, and 360 Events)

  • Edits made to a photo template or overlay in Design Studio while the event is running may not be applied.

    • Workaround: Remove the design from the Capture Mode and add the updated design.

Guest Experience (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Mirroring in the live view may not work as expected when Hands-Free Mode is enabled.

  • Processing longer video captures make take more time than expected.

  • Some animated Masks may not appear correctly in captures.

Guest Experience (DSLR Events)

  • Mirroring in the live view may not work as expected when Mirroring is enabled.

    • Workaround: Disable Mirroring in Event Settings > Modes > Advanced Settings > Mirroring.

Portfolio

  • Portfolios created in Fiesta may include “fiesta-portfolio” in the URL.

    • Workaround: Copy the URL from the Salsa Web App or remove “fiesta-” from the URL before sharing with clients.

Event Settings – Modes

  • When selecting a photo template layout, filtering by 4.5x6 or 9x16 may display a blank page. (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • When uploading an overlay to an event from the Fiesta iOS App, if the orientation of an upload overlay does not match the selected orientation, the thumbnail and preview may display the overlay in incorrect orientation.

  • Overlays created in Design Studio may not appear when browsing existing overlay designs from the 360 Modes settings. (360 Events)

Green Screen Settings

  • When adding an overlay to a green screen background, the dropdown to filter by orientation may appear blank.

Printing (iPad and DSLR Events)

  • Single 2x6 photo templates may not print correctly.

    • Workaround: Set 2x6 photo templates to Double 2x6 and adjust your printer settings to “6x2 2”.

  • Chips may fail to connect when the iPad is offline. (Guac Booth)

LED Ring Settings

  • The preview for Pattern 4 and 10 may not display correctly.

Sharing Station

  • Starting Sharing Station for the first time in an event with numerous captures may take a longer time to load than expected.

    • Workaround: Remain connected to Wi-Fi and wait for all captures to finish downloading. Subsequent starts of Sharing Station will load immediately.

System Check Screen

  • Event Passcode may be reported as enabled when a passcode has not been set Account Management.

Business Tools

  • Business Tools may not appear in the top navigation when logged in to an account that is not subscribed.

    • Workaround: If you need to access the Marketing Materials, log in to the Salsa Web App.

Tortilla Dashboard

  • A duplicate Tortilla may appear when updating firmware.

  • Add your logo and company information and have it applied across your Live Gallery, email shares, and event proposal automatically.

Face Effects

  • Entirely brand new AR and face effects engine.

  • Choose from over 20 new Masks and 3 new Glam filters.
