Understanding Salsa 2 LED Issues

Explainer-UnderstandingSalsa1LEDIssues.png

Salsa 2 LED issues can occur for a number of reasons. Because the LEDs pair via Bluetooth, interference or a failed pairing attempt may prevent them from functioning correctly.

Due to the nature of a photo booth's functionality, the LEDs can also experience wear over time after extended use and may eventually need to be replaced.

What To Know
Salsa 2 Best Practices

Always have an iPad installed before powering on your Salsa 2 Booth!

  • Your warranty will be voided if Salsa 2 is powered on without an iPad or its cardboard insert installed.
  • Keep the cardboard insert that shipped with your Salsa 2! If you do not have an iPad already, the insert can remain in place to ensure the booth receives power correctly.

Always use the Salsa 2's original USB-C charging cable and wall adapter!

  • Salsa 2's original power components are rated for 100 watts and are required to provide enough power for the booth to function properly.
  • Third-party adapters or cables—especially those rated at 30W or 60W—will fail to supply adequate power to Salsa 2's LEDs, fans, and iPad charging port.
