What is an Event Proposal?

Event Proposals are a professionally designed preview of an event, showcasing how it will look, feel, and function. In the Fiesta Software, creating an Event Proposal is simple. The event settings automatically update on a shareable website that highlights key details like themes, colors, capture modes, backdrops, and sharing options.

Since Event Proposals pull directly from the event settings in the Fiesta Software, any changes will update automatically. To customize features, select the "Configure Event" button for the event on the Event Dashboard and adjust settings such as capture modes, face effects, sharing options, and more to match the client’s needs.

Note: Event Proposals are only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.

  4. Toggle on Enable Proposal

What To Know
Proposal Branding

In the Proposal, there are two ways to set the Branding. If the Branding is already set up in the Event Settings, toggle Use Branding Settings on to apply it to the Proposal.

If different Branding settings are needed for the Proposal, turn off the toggle next to Branding Settings and click the text to manually adjust the branding for the Proposal.

Backdrop Proposal Display

A backdrop can be chosen from the PBSCO library, or a custom design can be uploaded. The backdrop appears behind the models in GIF and Photo captures to provide a visual display to potential clients of what the captures will look like. 

Note: Selected backdrops do not appear in Boomerang and Video examples.

Add A Backdrop

  1. Log in to the Fiesta Software
  2. Select an event or create a new event
  3. Set up the event settings under Configure Event
    Note: Proposal settings rely on the settings under Configure Event
  4. Return to the Event Dashboard
  5. Select the Proposal tab
  6. Toggle on Backdrop
  7. Click Select Backdrop
  8. Choose from the following options: Select From Fiesta Library, Select From Recent Uploads, or Upload From Your Device

Customizable Text

The Customize Text feature in Proposals allows event owners to personalize each section of the proposal, adding the perfect text to match the theme and tone of the event.

IMPORTANT: The customized text fields will only appear for features that are turned on in Event Configuration

Note: If the heading or body text is not customized, the default text will appear

  1. Log in to the Fiesta Software
  2. Select an event
  3. Click the Proposal tab
  4. Open the Text dropdown menu by clicking the dropdown arrow
  5. Click Edit Text
  6. Enter a Heading and Body Text for each Event Feature to customize

Sharing The Proposal With A Client

The Proposal is a valuable tool for presenting event features to potential clients or confirming event settings with a client. For this reason, the sharing process with clients must be simple and streamlined.

Note: The Proposal can also be launched directly from the Proposals tab by clicking the "Open Link" button in the upper right corner of the Proposals settings.

  1. Log in to the Fiesta Software
  2. Select an event
  3. Click the Proposal tab
  4. Click the Copy Proposal Link button to automatically copy the link to the clipboard for easy pasting into an email

What are Event Proposals for?

  • Event Proposals are sent to potential clients who have provided event details, allowing them to visualize what the booth is capable of!

How do I use Event Proposals?

  • Multiple proposals can be created by setting up different sample events, making it easy for potential clients to compare packages, such as standard versus premium options.

Why is my Proposal not displaying all of the settings for the Event?

  • The event must be set up prior to utilizing the Proposal, as the Proposal relies on which features are enabled in the parent Event.
  • If features are not set up, they will not display in the Proposal either.
