Fiesta Account Login
Your Fiesta Account Login is the email address you use to access your Fiesta account on both the Fiesta Web App and the Fiesta iOS App.
If your email has recently been compromised or if you prefer to use a different email address to log in, you can change it in your account settings.
Additionally, you can change your Fiesta Account Password from the same account settings.

How To
Update Fiesta Login
- Log in to Fiesta Web App or Fiesta iOS App
- Click your initials in the top right corner
- Select View My Account from the dropdown
- Click the Email field under User Details
- Type in the new email address
- Press Enter on the keyboard or click outside of the text field
- Check the new field to make sure the email address was entered correctly
IMPORTANT: If you entered the new email address incorrectly, you can click on it and update it to the correct address. A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. You can continue to use your current login email until the new one is confirmed.
This email confirmation is only for changing the login on an existing Fiesta account; it does not apply to creating new accounts or sign-up issues.

Verify Email Address
- Check the inbox of the new email address you provided.
Important: The email will be sent from email@boothmailer.com with the subject line: “Email Address Verification." - Open the email verification
- Click on 'Verify Email' to confirm the update.
What To Know
Not Received Email Verification
It may take up to 15 minutes to receive the verification email. In the meantime, you can still log in to your account using the original email address.
If you can’t find the verification email in your inbox, you may need to check your spam or promotions folder, as it might have been sent there.
If you still can’t locate the verification email, please contact us here or send an email to software@photoboothsupplyco.com so we can assist you.
What To Know
Confirming Login Update
After updating your Fiesta Account Login, we recommend logging out of your Fiesta account and logging back in on all devices. This is to ensure there are no issues with account verification across devices, as changing your email address will not automatically log you out.

Can I use an email address with a custom domain as my Fiesta login?
- Yes, as long as you have access to the email inbox to receive the verification email, you can use any email address that you own.
Can I log into Fiesta without an email address using a different login method?
- No, you can only log into Fiesta by entering an email address and password.
How can I change my login if I forgot my password and can't log into Fiesta?
- Reset your account password from the Reset Password page.
