Fiesta Pricing Changes

Photo booth software has come a long way since the Salsa App first launched in 2019, and this update marks the first pricing change in seven years. The plans now reflect a stronger Fiesta experience, with more features built into Pro, more value inside every Annual plan, and new hardware savings that connect the software and hardware in one place.

These changes also include a uniquely valuable addition for Annual subscribers: built-in discounts on future Photobooth Supply Co. hardware purchases for as long as the Annual plan stays active. Alongside all of the core functionality of the Fiesta Software, such as Live Galleries, Capture Sharing, Analytics, and an unlimited amount of event and capture cloud storage, the updated plans are designed to bring even more value to growing photo booth businesses.

What Else Is Changing On June 2nd?

Unlimited Sharing Stations For Fiesta Pro Subscribers

Fiesta Pro now includes unlimited Sharing Stations at no additional cost, replacing a previous $79/month add-on. Sharing Stations remain unlimited across simultaneous events and across any number of Sharing Stations per event.

 

Hardware Discounts For Annual Plans

Annual plans now include persistent hardware discounts across every package for each included booth model.

Plus Annual includes $500 off Tortilla, $250 off Salsa 2, and $250 off Guac & Chips.

Pro Annual includes $1,000 off Tortilla, $750 off Salsa 2, and $500 off Guac & Chips.

New Pricing And Key Dates

Below is a breakdown of the pricing changes starting on June 2nd, 2026:

  • Fiesta Pro (Annual): $990/year → $1,190/year
  • Fiesta Plus (Annual): $490/year → $590/year
  • Fiesta Pro (Monthly): $99/month → $119/month
  • Fiesta Plus (Monthly): $49/month → $59/month

Before June 2nd, Monthly subscribers who upgrade to an Annual plan will:

  • Keep the current Annual price (Plus: $490/year, Pro: $990/year) for one full year
  • Receive two months free compared to Monthly subscriptions
  • Unlock Annual hardware discounts immediately

Note: Existing Annual subscribers will keep their current pricing until their next renewal date.

  2. Review the current Subscription before Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
  3. Switch from a Monthly subscription to an Annual Fiesta Plus or Fiesta Pro plan
  4. Complete the Annual payment in full to activate the Annual subscription

  5. Select Contact Sales
  6. Complete the booking flow with the Fiesta account login email address

What’s Not Changing?

Existing Annual subscribers will keep their current price until the next renewal, and additional license pricing stays the same. The June 2nd pricing update applies only to the first license on each plan.

Unlimited Events, unlimited Captures, unlimited Sharing, and unlimited Live Gallery hosting all remain included with no usage fees or overages. All other existing features in Fiesta Plus and Fiesta Pro also remain in place unless otherwise announced.

What is changing on June 2nd?

  • Fiesta plan pricing is updating for the first time since 2019
  • The first license on Fiesta Plus increases from $49 to $59/month, and Fiesta Pro increases from $99 to $119/month

If I'm already on an Annual plan expiring after June 2nd, does anything change for me on June 2nd?

  • No. Your current Annual plan is fully protected at your existing price until your next renewal date. Nothing changes for you until then
  • At your next renewal, the new Annual pricing applies

I'm already on an Annual plan, but my plan expires shortly after June 2nd. Can I pay in advance to lock in pricing for another year?

  • Unfortunately, we're not able to stack or prepay multiple years in advance
  • If your Annual renewal date falls within 60 days of June 2nd, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at support@photoboothsupplyco.com to review your account and help you understand your options

How do I keep my current pricing?

  • Switch to an Annual plan before June 2nd to lock in the original pricing for a full year, get two months free compared to paying monthly, and unlock hardware discounts immediately
    • IMPORTANT: This is not a lifetime lock-in. At your next Annual renewal, the new pricing applies.

Does the annual plan have to be paid all at once?

  • Yes. Annual plans are billed in full upfront at signup or renewal.
  • The Monthly price shown on the pricing page is the per-month equivalent; not a monthly charge.
  • Pro Annual is one payment of $1,190 to keep access to Fiesta Pro for 1 year
  • Plus Annual is one payment of $590 to keep access to Fiesta Plus for 1 year

What is changing about the plans themselves?

  • Fiesta Pro now includes unlimited Sharing Stations at no additional cost, previously a $79/month add-on
  • Annual plans now include built-in hardware discounts on all Photobooth Supply Co. booths

What are the hardware discounts and how do they work?

  • Annual subscribers receive a standing discount on Photobooth Supply Co. hardware, including: Tortilla, Salsa 2, and Guac & Chips for every package within each booth line (Starter, Essentials, and Growth)
  • The discount is active for as long as your annual plan is active, can be used an unlimited number of times, and applies to every booth you ever add to your fleet
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions
  • Discount amounts are subject to change

I'm already on an Annual plan. When can I start using the hardware discount?

  • Immediately. You don't need to wait for June 2nd
  • Email sales@photoboothsupplyco.com with the email address associated with your Fiesta subscription, and the booth you're interested in
  • You can also find a Contact Sales button in Account Management the Subscription section on the Fiesta Web App

Can I use the hardware discount more than once?

  • Yes. The discount is unlimited! Use it on every booth you add to your fleet, as many times as you'd like, for as long as your Annual plan is active

What happens to the hardware discount if I cancel or switch to monthly?

  • The discount is tied to your active Annual subscription. If you cancel or downgrade to a Monthly plan, the discount is no longer valid

How do I use the hardware discount?

  • Send an email to sales@photoboothsupplyco.com with the email address associated with your Annual Fiesta subscription, and the booth you're looking to purchase
  • You can also find a Contact Sales button in Account Management the Subscription section on the Fiesta Web App

My booth bundle came with Fiesta Software credits. How much did I receive?

  • The amount depends on when you purchased your bundle. Bundles purchased before April 28th include $1,188 in Fiesta Pro software credits, equivalent to 12 months of Pro at the previous monthly rate
  • Bundles purchased on or after April 28th include $1,428 in credits, equivalent to 12 months of Pro at the new monthly rate

I purchased a booth bundle before April 28th that came with Fiesta Software credits. How does the price increase affect those?

  • Your booth bundle came with $1,188 in Fiesta software credits, and those credits have always gone further than the label suggests. Applied toward Annual Pro at $990, you'd have $198 left over, stretching your coverage to roughly 14 months instead of the advertised 12 months
  • Software credits are a fixed dollar value, and don't adjust when pricing changes. So, if you have unused credits, the best way to maximize them is to apply them toward Annual Pro before June 2nd at the current $990 rate. After June 2nd, the same credit will cover fewer months at the new pricing.

Now that Sharing Stations are included in Pro, what happens to my existing Sharing Station licenses?

  • There is no separate Sharing Station license type in Fiesta. Sharing Station licenses and iPad licenses are the same product
  • All of your existing licenses remain active and can now be used for either a running booth or a Sharing Station
  • Sharing Stations are now unlimited regardless of how many licenses you have

How many Sharing Stations can I run at once?

  • Unlimited. You can run one Sharing Station at one event, ten Sharing Stations at one event, or ten Sharing Stations across ten simultaneous events. There are no limits.

What are the roadmap features mentioned? Are they included in my plan?

  • AI Background Removal and AI Studio are included in Pro
  • Design Studio 2.0, Website Builder, New Proposals, and Success Hub are included in both Plus and Pro.
  • Some features may be available at different tiers over time. We'll communicate any changes before they happen

I locked into Plus Annual at the old rate. I want to upgrade to Pro later. What do I pay?

  • If you upgrade before June 2nd, you pay current Pro pricing until your next renewal date
  • If you upgrade on or after June 2nd, you pay the new Pro pricing
  • The lock-in applies only to the plan you locked in, and does not carry over if you change plans
