Fiesta 1.10.0 introduces AI Background Removal, and a redesigned Printing tab. This release also includes fixes and improvements for printing behavior, event flow, capture saving, uploads, and event search performance.

New

• Added AI Background Removal, allowing backgrounds to be removed in real time and replaced with Virtual Backgrounds without requiring a green screen.
• Added preview support for AI Background Removal so users can review the effect before starting an event.
• Renamed the Green Screens asset category to Virtual Backgrounds to better reflect expanded feature capabilities.
• Added a redesigned Printing tab within Event Settings for a cleaner, more organized printer setup workflow.
• Added automatic Chips Printer selection when a supported printer is connected to a Guac Photo Booth.
• Added the ability to send a test print directly from the Printing tab without starting an event.

Improved

• Improved organization of printer setup, color management, and print adjustments within the Printing tab.
• Improved the Test Photo screen with a larger preview image for easier camera settings evaluation before starting an event.
• Improved responsiveness of the progress bar when manually uploading captures to an event.
• Improved the speed and reliability of event search.
• Improved the opacity of certain notifications for better readability.
• Improved various Support Site links throughout the app.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where the Admin Menu could appear after the event duration ended when Event Auto Start was disabled.
• Fixed an issue where the Operating Hours screen could appear unexpectedly after 24 hours when Event Auto Start was disabled.
• Fixed an issue that prevented launching Sharing Station in DSLR events when no camera was connected.
• Fixed an issue where some video captures would fail to save correctly.
• Fixed an issue where removing 2x6 Photo Template designs from an event caused incorrect prints when printing from the Event Dashboard.
• Fixed an issue where removing an overlay from the Fiesta Web App could also remove a photo template in the iOS app.
• Fixed an issue where setting a capture as the event cover while offline showed a success notification but did not apply the change until after returning online and syncing.
• Fixed an issue that prevented exporting or downloading captures that had not yet been uploaded to the Live Gallery.
• Fixed support for using Sharing Station with 360 events.
