When To Lock The Roamer
Salsa 2 Photo Booth has the ability to transform from Stationary Mode to Roamer Mode, and switching into Roamer Mode requires the front face of the booth to be opened and removed. This could pose an issue when setting up for an installation, or if the booth were to be unmanned for the duration of an event, as the Roamer could be opened at any time.
With Salsa 2, this isn't a problem! It is possible to lock the Salsa 2 Roamer with a physical lock and key, or with a combination lock that can be hidden from view. So, you'll never have to worry about anyone trying to tamper with it, or with the aesthetic of your booth being ruined in the name of security.
What To Know
Locking The Head To The Poles
What You Need:
- Salsa 2 Photo Booth
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
Once the head is secured and locked, the Salsa 2 cannot be disassembled again until it is unlocked. Locking screws secure the whole assembly together, making it impossible to spin the Head Knobs to take apart the booth, allowing the Salsa 2 to be locked for drop-off events or permanent installations.
How To
Lock The Head To The Poles
- Assemble your Salsa 2 Photo Booth
- Open the Salsa 2 Head using the Roamer Release Lever
- Guide a Phillips head screwdriver through the rubber Shell Grommet inside the Salsa 2 Head, and align the screwdriver with the small screws on either side of the Neck Cable Conduit
- Tighten these screws until the Salsa 2 Head Knobs can no longer turn

How To
Lock The Roamer
- Assemble your Salsa 2 Photo Booth
- Ensure everything in the Salsa 2 Head is stored correctly
- Close the Salsa 2 Head

What To Know
Securing Items In A Locked Booth
It is important to keep in mind that once the Roamer is locked, it is not possible to open it again until the Roamer Release Lever is unlocked. Because of this, only items that will not need to be removed for the duration of the event should be stored inside of the Salsa 2 Head.
For example, you may want to store a backup wireless hotspot, battery pack, or even your car keys inside Salsa 2 while you run an event. However, items like gaffer tape or props, which may need to be easily accessible during an event, would not be suitable to keep locked in your Salsa 2.
