FAQ

Why is my stand crooked?

  • The Atlas Stand will sometimes appear slightly crooked until a backdrop is added to the frame. The weight and tension of the backdrop is needed to fully straighten out the frame.
  • If the frame is still crooked after the backdrop is attached, make sure the Atlas Feet are not crooked or uneven.

Should I match the numbers on the poles?

  • The numbers labeled on each of the poles are meant to help with assembly, as the matching numbers indicate which pieces connect together.
