Updating The Fiesta Account Password
Your Fiesta account password is essential for securing your account, protecting your events, custom-created art assets, personal information, and valuable resources like Marketing Materials and the Photobooth Academy. It ensures that only you can manage and interact with your account data.
Here's what you need to know:
- You create your password when initially setting up your Fiesta account.
- The password can be updated at any time through your Fiesta Account Security Settings.
- If you forget your password, you can securely reset it via email.
How To
Update The Fiesta Account Password
You can change your Fiesta account password at any time in your Security Settings.
Follow these steps to update your password:
- Log in to your Fiesta account from the Fiesta Web App or the Fiesta iOS App
- Click your initials in the top-right corner
- From the drop-down menu, select Security
- Under Account Password, enter your current password
- Type in your new password
- Re-enter the new password to confirm
- Click Change Password to save your update
Important: After changing your password, log out and back into the Fiesta iOS app using your new password. This prevents any disruptions or unexpected issues while accessing or managing your events.

Reset Forgotten Password
If you’ve forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can reset it by requesting a password reset email. The reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your Fiesta account, which is the same one used during sign-up.
To reset your Fiesta account password, follow these steps:
- Go to the Reset Password page
- Enter the email address you use to log into your Fiesta account.
- Click Reset Password
- Check your inbox for an email from email@boothmailer.com
Important: If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. - Click the Reset Password link in the email
- Enter the new password
- Re-enter the new password to confirm
- Click Reset Password to save your new password
Important: After resetting your password, log out and back into the Fiesta iOS app using your new password. This prevents any disruptions or unexpected issues while accessing or managing your events.

Forgot Fiesta Login
If you are unsure which email address is linked to your Fiesta Account, we recommend checking if you are still logged into the Fiesta iOS app on another device.
If you have access to a logged-in device, follow the steps below to confirm your email address:
- Open the Fiesa iOS App
- Select your initials in the top-right corner
- From the drop-down menu, select View My Account
- Your current email address will be listed under User Details.
If you logged out and don't remember your email address, you can always reach out to our support team for assistance.

- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder - your email provider may have filtered the reset email.
