What Is Pausing A Fiesta Subscription?
Your Fiesta subscription includes your plan, number of licenses, and billing frequency, and gives your account access to Fiesta’s features and services.
Pausing a subscription turns off auto-renew and temporarily stops access to Fiesta until the subscription resumes on the next billing cycle.
Note: This feature is only available for subscriptions with monthly billing frequency
What To Know
When Can A Subscription Be Paused
A subscription pause is only available for subscriptions that have been active for fewer than 6 consecutive months.
If the subscription has been active for more than 6 consecutive months, the subscription must be canceled instead of paused.

Subscription pausing is only available for accounts with a monthly billing frequency. It can be applied to accounts with any number of licenses.
How To
Pause Your Fiesta Subscription
To pause your Fiesta subscription:
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Click the Account icon in the top right corner
- Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu
- Click Manage under My Plan
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription
- Use the dropdown to select how long you would like to pause
- Click Pause Account
- Continue through the remaining prompts to complete the process
Note: Billing settings are not available in the Fiesta iOS App on iPad or iPhone, and can only be accessed through the Fiesta Web App in a web browser.
What To Know
When Your Subscription Is Paused
Pausing prevents your subscription from auto-renewing and turns off your access to Fiesta’s features and services.
The following are inaccessible while your subscription is paused:
- Fiesta iOS App for running iPad or DSLR events and Sharing Station
- Virtual Events
- Event captures
- Event Live Galleries
- Proposals
- Portfolio
- Photobooth Academy
Access to Marketing Content remains available with or without an active subscription.
Your events, captures, sharing data, survey data, and account settings become available again when the subscription is renewed.
IMPORTANT: Accounts with a paused subscription for 12 consecutive months are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
What To Know
Canceling A Scheduled Pause
When a subscription pause is scheduled, the Fiesta account remains active until the next billing cycle date, since that subscription time has already been paid for.
Until the scheduled pause takes effect, the pause can be canceled to keep the subscription active and prevent it from pausing on the next billing cycle date.
Canceling a scheduled pause can be helpful if an event is booked unexpectedly. If there are no upcoming events for longer than one month, downgrading the subscription may be a better option instead.

- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Click the Account icon in the top right corner
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu
- Click Cancel Scheduled Pause at the top of the page
What To Know
Downgrading vs Pausing Subscription
Fiesta Pro subscribers who want to keep access to their events, captures, proposals, and Live Galleries, but do not currently need Fiesta Pro features or active event use, may prefer downgrading to Fiesta Plus instead of pausing.
Downgrading allows continued access to the account, while pausing temporarily removes access to Fiesta features and services.
When a subscription is downgraded, prior events and Live Galleries remain accessible, and events can still be run with a more limited feature set.

Can I pause my Fiesta subscription for more than one month at a time?
- No, subscription pausing is only available for one month at a time.
- If you would like to take a break for longer than one month, you can cancel your subscription and reactivate it when you are ready to return.
Do any of my settings or information get deleted when I pause my subscription?
- No. Your account information and event settings remain stored on Fiesta’s servers and become available again when the subscription renews.
Can I manually unpause my Fiesta subscription before it is automatically unpaused?
- Yes, you can manually unpause your Fiesta subscription by re-selecting your subscription tier and billing frequency, then updating your subscription plan.
Can event Live Galleries be viewed or accessed when my subscription is paused?
- No, all event information, including Live Galleries, captures, and analytics are inaccessible while your subscription is paused.
