Selling A Photo Booth To A New Owner

When a photo booth is sold to a new owner, a Transfer of Ownership process is required.

The seller must complete the digital Transfer of Ownership form, which enables the PBSCO support team to update internal systems with the new owner's information. The new owner may not complete the form.

Once the ownership information is updated, the new owner can contact the PBSCO support team for hardware support, repairs, troubleshooting, and other support needs.

Transferring ownership is free for both the seller and the new owner.

The seller is required to provide their original order number, as well as the booth's warranty status and serial information, to complete the Transfer of Ownership form.
