The Guac camera is securely installed in the Guac Photo Booth head and does not need to be removed during standard use or transport.

However, removing the Guac camera from the Guac head may be necessary in the following cases:

  • Accessing the SD card: If photos need to be transferred or backed up, or before sending the camera in for service, remove the SD card to ensure files are saved and protected.
  • Troubleshooting or repairs: If there's an issue with image quality or connectivity, the PBSCO Support Team recommends removing the camera for further inspection.
  • Extended travel or shipping: For added protection when shipping the Guac Photo Booth long distances or via checked luggage, removing the camera can help prevent potential damage.
