Connect To Tortilla For The First Time

1. Plug the Tortilla 360 Booth into power
2. Log in to the Fiesta iOS Softwareon the iPad
3. Tap the Account Icon in the top right corner
4. Tap Hardware Dashboard
5. Tap Tortilla Dashboard
6. Tap Search for Tortilla
7. Select the Tortilla from the list that appears
8. Confirm the dashboard shows Connected

Note: The steps for connecting to Tortilla differ slightly when pairing the booth for the first time compared to reconnecting it later.

Note: The serial number shown on the connection indicator is unique to each Tortilla. Keeping a note of this serial number can help with connecting to the correct Tortilla Booth in the future.

1. Plug the Tortilla 360 Booth into power
2. Log in to the Fiesta iOS Software on the iPad
3. Tap the Account Icon in the top right corner
4. Tap Hardware Dashboard
5. Tap Tortilla Dashboard
6. Under Search for Tortilla, select Tortilla Serial # Connecting
7. Confirm the dashboard shows Connected

Note: The serial number listed on the connection indicator is unique to the Tortilla. Double-check this serial number to verify connection to the correct Tortilla.

What should I do if tapping “Search for Tortilla” doesn’t work?

• If nothing happens, you may be trying to reconnect after a previous connection.

How do I know if I’m connecting to the correct Tortilla booth?

• Each Tortilla has a unique serial number that appears during connection. Make sure the serial number shown in the app matches your booth's to ensure you're connecting to the right one.

Do I need an internet connection to connect to Tortilla?

• No internet is required to connect Tortilla to your iPhone, but you do need Bluetooth enabled and the correct software version of the Fiesta app installed.

Where do I find the serial number for my Tortilla?

• The barcode sticker with your Serial Number is located just below the booth’s power connector.
