Virtual Event Interface
The Virtual Event Interface is your guests’ first impression of the Virtual Booth experience.
The Interface includes:
- Background
- Start Button
- Disclaimer
From the Interface settings, you can customize these parts of the Virtual Booth to create a fully personalized and branded event.
What To Know
Virtual Event Background
The Virtual Event Background provides the ability to create an engaging aesthetic for guests to experience as soon as they visit the Virtual Booth link. A Background can be selected from the Fiesta Library or a customized file can be uploaded to be used.
MP4, PNG, or JPG files can be used for the Background, enabling the background to be either static or animated.
Note: MP4 video Background files may not play if the Virtual Booth is visited from a device with video auto-play disabled, or if the device is in low power mode.

How To
Select A Background
- Log in to the Fiesta app
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Interface tab
- Select Background
- Select Select Background
There will be the options to Select From Fiesta Library, Select From Recent Uploads, or Upload From Your Device.
Note: Custom background files may not display correctly if they do not follow the file size requirements.

What To Know
Start Button
The Virtual Event Start Button is the invitation to guests to begin their Virtual Event experience.
By default, the Start Button is a plain circular button with white text saying "Start Virtual Booth." Custom Start Button files can be uploaded, using any color, shape, size, text, or image as long as the file requirements are met.

Add A Custom Start Button
- Log in to the Fiesta app
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Interface tab
- Select Start Button
- Select Select Start Button
There will be the options to either Select From Recent Uploads or Upload From Your Device.
Note: Custom Start Button files may not display correctly if they do not follow the file size requirements.

What To Know
Disclaimer
The Virtual Event Disclaimer displays important terms and conditions, information about rights and permissions to use captures taken by guests, or other information guests need to know about using the event link. This information can be altered and adjusted to present a more customized statement regarding the terms of service.
How To
Enable The Disclaimer
- Log in to the Fiesta app
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Interface tab
- Toggle on Disclaimer
- Modify the Disclaimer Title and Disclaimer Body to fit your needs
Note: The Disclaimer Title has a limit of 30 characters, and the Disclaimer Body has a limit of 10,000 characters.

When would the Video Background not work?
- MP4 video Background files may not play if the Virtual Booth is visited from a device with video auto-play disabled, or if the device is in low power mode.
What will the Background look like on different sized screens?
- The Fiesta software has the option to preview the view from both a Desktop and Mobile Device screen size
- We advise copying the Virtual Booth link and opening in a desktop browser, then resizing the browser window to simulate different sizes as well
What can I use for the Custom Start Button?
- Custom Start Button files can be uploaded, using any color, shape, size, text, or image as long as the file requirements are met
