Pairing The Remote
When setting up the Tortilla, the remote at times can come unpaired from the booth due to updates or interference. In situations when this occurs, it is easy to pair the remote again.
What To Know
Before You Start
- Check that the DC cable is plugged into a known working outlet
- Check that the DC cable is plugged into the AC adapter
- Check that the blue light near the AC adapter outlet on the Tortilla Booth is glowing
How To
Pair The Remote
- Press the pairing button that is located on the electronics panel below the Tortilla platform
- Release the button immediately and wait for it to blink
- Once it blinks, press any button on the remote
- Tortilla will beep twice to confirm
Your Tortilla remote should now be successfully paired!
What To Know
FAQ
Is it normal for my remote to be unpaired every time I turn on the Tortilla?
- If the remote remains paired through the event, there is nothing to be concerned about
- This could indicate the battery is starting to die, and we recommend replacing it
What do I do if my remote does not pair?
- First replace the battery inside the remote. The remote takes AAA batteries
- If the remote fails to pair after replacing the battery, please reach out to support for further assistance
The button is not lighting up on Tortilla, what is wrong?
- Make sure the Tortilla is plugged in and receiving power
