Uploading Additional Captures
You can upload additional images and videos directly to an event and its Live Gallery from the Event Dashboard – before, after, or even during an event.
This feature can be used to help consolidate captures taken on other, non-booth cameras or to transfer the hosting of captures to Fiesta from another site or service.
Captures uploaded will be added to the Live Gallery and viewable from an iPad or DSLR event if Gallery Mode is enabled. They will also be viewable from the Sharing Station feature. This makes all captures from an event viewable from one convenient location for your guests and client.
What To Know

How Uploaded Captures Are Sorted In The Live Gallery
Uploaded captures will appear on the Event Dashboard and Live Gallery in the order that they were uploaded.
If the order of captures is important for your event, you may want to consider uploading the captures individually or in batches.
Uploaded captures are categorized as either photos or videos based on their file type.
All JPG files will be categorized as photos and all MP4 files will be categorized as videos.
Note: GIFs and Boomerang captures created on the Fiesta iOS app and Virtual Booth are formatted as MP4. If these capture modes are re-uploaded, they will be categorized as videos.
