Using 360 Event Effects

 

With the addition of the 360 event type comes new Event Effects - Intro and Outro Videos, Video Transitions, and Custom Soundtracks. These Event Effects are located under the Modes tab when the 360 Event Type is selected.

What To Know
What Is An Intro Or Outro Video?

 

Intro and Outro Videos are short videos that can be added to the beginning and end of your 360 captures to customize the guest and client experience. These can be anything, from a short happy birthday, to a fireworks explosion for a new year's event. They are the opening and closing credits to every capture of the event!

Add An Intro Or Outro Video

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select your event or create a new 360 event
  3. Select Configure Event in the upper right
  4. Select the Modes tab
  5. Scroll down to Intro or Outro
  6. To add a video, select the +Add Intro or +Add Outro button
  7. To upload a file, select Upload from your Device
    Note: if the file has been previously uploaded, select Select From Recent Uploads
  8. Select Select File or drag the file you wish to upload 
  9. Select the file you wish to upload
  10. Select Open

Add An Intro Or Outro Transition

Intro and Outro Transitions are effects that can be added between the Intro, Capture, and Outro to better highlight and separate all three. They provide a cleaner, more customized feel to any event! 

To add an Intro or Outro Transition:

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select your event or create a new 360 event
  3. Select Configure Event in the upper right
  4. Select the Modes tab
  5. Scroll down to Intro/Outro Transition
  6. Select one of the Transition options
    Note: Transition options apply to both the Intro and Outro

What To Know
What Are Custom Soundtracks?

 

The other new Event Effect for 360 events is the ability to add Soundtracks to event captures. These soundtracks will be added to each capture for guests to enjoy! You can utilize the library of Soundtracks built into the Fiesta app, or upload your own soundtracks as well. 

Note: PBSCO owns the distribution rights to the Soundtracks built into the Fiesta app, however is not held liable for the licensing of any Soundtracks uploaded.

How To
Add A Custom Soundtrack

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select your event or create a new 360 event
  3. Select Configure Event in the upper right
  4. Select the Modes tab
  5. Scroll down to Soundtrack
  6. A soundtrack will be selected by default; to select a new soundtrack, select the Pencil Icon
  7. To remove the soundtrack, select the Trash Icon

If you would like to select a different Soundtrack, there are a few different options. PBSCO has a library to choose from, however if you prefer you can upload your own soundtracks as well.

To Use the PBSCO Library:

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select your event or create a new 360 event
  3. Select Configure Event in the upper right
  4. Select the Modes tab
  5. Scroll down to Soundtrack
  6. To Select a new soundtrack, select the Pencil Icon
  7. Select Select From Fiesta Library
  8. Choose the song that best fits your event

To Upload Your Own Soundtrack:

  1. Log in to Fiesta
  2. Select your event or create a new 360 event
  3. Select Configure Event in the upper right
  4. Select the Modes tab
  5. Scroll down to Soundtrack
  6. To Select a new soundtrack, select the Pencil Icon
  7. Select Upload From Your Device
    Note: If the file has been previously uploaded, select Select From Recent Downloads
  8. Select Select File or drag the file you wish to upload
  9. Select the file you wish to upload
  10. Select Open
