What are Account Security Features?

Fiesta Account Security protects your account, event data, devices, and personal information from unauthorized access, allowing only authorized users to view and manage sensitive data.

Your account holds your personal information, including your phone number and email address. It also stores data from your clients and guests, such as captures, contact details, and other shared information.
Fiesta Account Security settings include features designed to keep your account and events secure.

What To Know
Account Password

The Fiesta Account Password is essential for keeping your account secure. It provides access to your events, Marketing Materials, the Photobooth Academy, and other key features.

When you sign up for a Fiesta account, you'll set a password. You can update the password anytime in your Account Security settings.

When setting a password, it is helpful to follow some best practices:

  • Don’t use the same password across several accounts
  • Avoid common or easily guessed passwords
  • Make your password longer and more complex for better security
  • Consider using a trusted password manager to store and manage passwords securely

What To Know
Fiesta Login

Your Fiesta Account Login is the email address you used to sign up for your account, and is the other half of the key to log into your account.

If your email has recently been compromised or if you want to use a different email address for logging in, you can change it in your account settings.

What To Know
Event Passcode

The Event Passcode prevents guests from accidentally ending an active, in-person event and accessing other events or account settings. This helps protect your account and clients' information during in-person events.

When enabled, guests who double-tap on the top left corner during an event must enter the passcode before they can exit the event.

Once you set an Event Passcode, it will automatically be enabled and apply to all new events.

The passcode can be turned on and off for each event via the three dots on the event tile while viewing the event from the Events dashboard page.

If you want to disable the passcode for all events, revisit the Security tab under Account Management and delete the passcode.

What To Know
Prevent Guests From Exiting An Event

Guided Access is a built-in iOS security feature available on iPads and iPhones. It locks your device to a single app. You can control which features are accessible, preventing guests from exiting the Fiesta app or opening other applications during an active, in-person event.

Important: Guided Access must be enabled in your device's Settings app - it is not controlled within the Fiesta App.

If your iPad is in a faceplate, the power button or home button may be difficult to access to activate Guided Access with the triple-click action. We recommend using the Top Button/Home Button Tool to easily activate or exit Guided Access.
