What are Devices?

A Device in the Fiesta Software refers to an iPad that has been assigned to your account using a Fiesta License. This iPad is what your guests will interact with during an in-person event, making it the main tool used to run your photo booth.

To view or manage your Devices, select Devices from the Account Management menu, located in the top-right corner of the Fiesta Software.

What To Know
Assigned iPads

An Assigned iPad is a device that is associated with a Fiesta License.

These iPads are associated with your account by installing the Fiesta iOS App on your iPad, and signing into the Fiesta iOS App.

Each Assigned iPad associated with your account requires a separate license. Once the iPad is associated with a License, you can view and manage the device at any time by selecting Devices from the Account Management dropdown menu of Fiesta.

What To Know
Adding A Device

If you have an unused license available on your account, you can log into your account with an iPad or iPhone to associate the license with your device, allowing you to run an event from that device.

Any device can log into the Fiesta iOS App, however, only Devices associated with a license will be able to run events.

IMPORTANT: If there are no available licenses when an iPad is connected, the option to Start Event will be greyed out.

How To
Add A Device

To Add an Assigned iPad:

  1. Download Fiesta: Photo Booth Software from the Apple App Store on the unassigned iPad
  2. Open the Fiesta iOS App on your unassigned iPad
  3. Log in to your Fiesta account

If a license is available, the iPad will now be assigned with that license, and will appear in the Devices section within your account settings.

Note: If you’re unable to run an event, you may need to add an additional license, or remove another iPad from your Fiesta account.

What To Know
Removing A Device

If you are planning on using fewer Devices in the future, or if you want to replace your currently-assigned iPad, you can remove an assigned iPad from your account at any time to free up an additional license. This will allow you to then assign a different/new iPad to your account.

Note: When removing a device from your account, that device will lose the ability to run an event, and you will no longer see the Device information under Devices.
