What Is Account Management?

The Account Management page lets you handle your personal and business information in the Fiesta Web App or Fiesta iOS App. This enables you to link your booth to your brand and showcase your company details - like your business name, email, and website — on event features such as the Live Gallery, Event Proposals, and more.

How To
Access Account Management

  1. Log in to the Fiesta app
  2. Select the Account Icon in the upper right
  3. Select the name at the top of the menu

This will open up the Account Management page on the My Account section, with the other sections also available to select from the left navigation.

What To Know
My Account

The My Account  page in the Fiesta Web App and Fiesta iOS App allows you to manage your personal and business information. This information connects your booth to your business and helps maintain a branded and professional Fiesta account across all events.

Here, you’ll be able to add or update:

  • User Details
  • Company Information
  • Social Accounts
  • Legal Information

Keeping this information updated makes event setup faster and more efficient, allowing your details to be seamlessly applied to Live Galleries, Email Shares, Event Proposals, and more.

What To Know
Integrations

Account Integrations are a way to connect your Fiesta account to other services such as Dropbox or an FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

These integrations can help mange your events by automatically sending and receiving captures between Fiesta and your integrated services.

Integrations are required for certain features, such as Dropbox Watch Folder.

What To Know
Devices

A Device in the Fiesta Software refers to an iPad that has been assigned to your account using a Fiesta License. This iPad is what your guests will interact with during an in-person event, making it the main tool used to run your photo booth.

From the Devices page, you can:

  • Remove a Device from your account if it's no longer in use.

  • View the iPad’s software version (iPadOS) and the version of the Fiesta iOS App currently installed.

Security

Fiesta Account Security protects your account, event data, devices, and personal information from unauthorized access, allowing only authorized users to view and manage sensitive data.

Your account holds your personal information, including your phone number and email address. It also stores data from your clients and guests, such as captures, contact details, and other shared information.
