Dongle Connection
Dongle Failing To Connect Before Wifi Connection

  1. Ensure the AirPrint dongle is connected to power and turned on
  2. Unplug the AirPrint dongle, wait 30 seconds, and plug the AirPrint dongle back into power
  3. Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings

Dongle Failing To Connect After Wifi Connection

  1. Ensure your iPad is connected to the AirPrint dongle
    Note: with some dongles, the iPad must be separately connected to the Wi-Fi network. In this case, ensure the iPad is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the AirPrint dongle
  2. Ensure the AirPrint dongle is connected to power and turned on
  3. Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings
  4. Remove the AirPrint dongle from the Wi-Fi network, then reconnect the AirPrint dongle to the Wi-Fi network
    Note: If the issue persists, you can run the Fiesta event in Offline Mode

Fiesta iOS App Failing to Connect To Dongle

  1. Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings
  2. Check your AirPrint dongle settings to ensure the printer is appearing as connected in your AirPrint dongle's list of connected printers
  3. Check the USB connection between the AirPrint dongle and the printer

Fiesta iOS App Failing To Print After Connecting To Dongle

  1. Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings
  2. Check the Printing settings in the Fiesta iOS App on your iPad
  3. Ensure the correct printer, listed with the print size, is selected in the default printer dropdown menu
    Note: if your printer is listed twice, once with "2x6-2" and once without, the option without "2x6-2" is used for 4x6 printing.

Formatting
Double 2x6 Strip Printing One Strip Cut In Half

  1. Check the Printing settings in the Fiesta iOS App on your iPad
  2. Ensure the correct printer, listed with the print size, is selected in the default printer dropdown menu
    Note: if your printer is listed twice, once with "2x6-2" and once without, the option without "2x6-2" is used for 4x6 printing.
  3. Ensure the correct print template orientation is selected when selecting the photo template
