What is Sharing?
The Sharing feature allows guests to keep a copy of their event captures—either digitally or physically. Guests can send their captures to themselves during the event, either directly from the photo booth or through a dedicated sharing station.
You can also turn on the Survey feature to collect additional information from guests. They will be prompted to answer either multiple-choice or open-ended questions before sharing their captures.
This is an excellent way to collect marketing permissions, obtain additional contact details, or receive event-specific feedback.
IMPORTANT: Email sharing is the only sharing method available for virtual events. Survey and Printing features are only accessible with Fiesta Pro subscription plans.
How To
Access Event Sharing Options
- Log in to the Fiesta App
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select the Configure Event button
- Select the Sharing tab
From here, all Sharing options can be viewed, toggled on or off, and adjusted.

Ways To Share
The Fiesta Software provides multiple ways to share captures, from the traditional printed photo strips to social media posts! Each method has its own customization options, and can be toggled on and off as needed for individual events.
Fiesta Sharing options are:
- Text
- AirDrop
- QR Code
- Printing
There is also the option to create and run surveys through the Fiesta Software, giving you the ability to collect information as well as memories!
What To Know
Sharing Offline
If the iPad used for running the event is not connected to the internet, the Fiesta iOS App will automatically switch to Offline Mode.
While in Offline Mode, all sharing options enabled for the event will remain available; however, guests will not receive their captures instantly when sharing via Email, Text, or QR code.
Guests’ email addresses and phone numbers will be stored and queued to be sent out once the iPad reconnects to the internet and the Fiesta iOS App is reopened.
If your event requires guests to receive their captures immediately, consider offering AirDrop as a sharing option.
IMPORTANT: Guests will not be prompted to complete a survey when sharing via AirDrop. AirDrop requires guests to have a compatible iOS device, such as an iPhone, to receive captures.
What To Know
Analytics, Sharing Data, And Survey Results
Event Analytics is a tool that helps you understand how guests engage with your booth during an event. It displays the most frequently used sharing options and selected capture modes, offering insight into the overall performance of the event.
During the event, guests’ phone numbers, email addresses, and survey results are collected and can be downloaded from the Analytics section of the Event Dashboard.
