Features
This is the first step to creating an event, giving you plenty of options to fit your needs.
You can choose from iPad Events using the Salsa Booth for simple setup, DSLR Events with the Guac Booth for high-resolution captures, 360 Events controlled via an iPhone, or Virtual Events that enable guests to join from anywhere using their personal devices.
Each event type provides unique experiences, ensuring you can create memorable moments for your guests!
How To Create A New Event
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select Create Event
- Add Event Info (event name and date) and select the Event Type
- Select Create Event
Note: After clicking Create Event (step 2 above), you will need to enter some general event information:
- Event Name: This is the name of your event that is displayed on the Live Gallery and Virtual Booth.
- Event Date: Adjust the date to better organize your events on the Events Screen.
Tip: Choose a single day for events such as parties and weddings, or choose multi-day for conferences and other events that span multiple days. This helps to keep your captures organized and provides your client with a more comprehensive view.

IMPORTANT: Virtual Booth is only available to Fiesta Pro Subscribers.
What To Know
Differences Between Event Types
In-Person events are comprised of iPad Events and DSLR Events and take place using a physical booth that guests interact with to take captures. These events can range from weddings to school dances and anything in between!
-
iPad Event
Salsa 1 and Salsa 2 Photo Booths use an iPad both as the interface platform that guests interact with, and the camera that captures all media during the event. iPad events are simple to set up when using the automated camera settings within the Fiesta iOS App, and you only have to manage the settings of a single device - the iPad.
-
DSLR Event
Guac Photo Booths use an iPad as the interface platform that guests interact with, in conjunction with a DSLR camera controlled by the iPad. DSLR Events give you more control over the camera's settings to take sharp, high-resolution captures, but take a bit more work to set up. Settings such as the Photo and Video Settings are manually set for each event, and require more nuance and knowledge of general camera settings than an iPad Event.
Note: You must be a Guac Photo Booth owner in order to run a DSLR event using Fiesta. Salsa 1 Photo Booth, Salsa 2 Photo Booth, and third-party photo booths do not have the capability to run a DSLR Event through the Fiesta Software.

360 Event
360 Events are designed to allow Tortilla 360 Booths - or any other 360 booth - to use an iPhone to run an event seamlessly. 360 Events currently work exclusively on an iPhone, and allow your event to control your Tortilla 360 Booth, or to automatically begin a Video capture with Autostart enabled when using a third-party 360 booth.
-
Virtual Event
Virtual Events allow guests from anywhere in the world to digitally attend the event. Their personal devices will act as both the interface platform they interact with, and the camera to take their own captures for the event. That means Virtual Event attendees can take captures with their phones, computers, or tablets!

Features

- Creating a Hybrid Event that uses both In-Person and Virtual Booth features yet looks consistent across the separate platforms.
- Creating a multi-booth event where each booth uses different Camera Settings.
Note: Duplicated events will have separate Live Galleries
Note: Duplicated events will not copy over your original event's Photo Template
