What is the In-Person Event Interface?
The Event Interface is the first impression for guests, and features how they will interact with the booth.
Event Interface includes the ability to adjust the duration of the capture countdown timer, customize and brand the Tap To Start Screen, set your LED Ring color and pattern, enable a Disclaimer, and set the event to Hands-Free Mode for a touch-free experience.
Features
The Tap To Start Screen is the first point of interaction guests will have with your booth, and is a great location for branding.
The Tap To Start Screen can be changed to fit your event’s theme by selecting from Fiesta’s library of animated Tap To Start Screens, or by uploading a custom image or video for a fully branded experience.
How To Select A Tap To Start Screen
- Log in to Fiesta
- Create or select an event
- Select Configure Event
- Select Interface
- Select Tap to Start Screen
- Press Change
- From here you can: Select from the Fiesta Library, Select from recent uploads, or Upload from your device
Note: The Tap To Start Screen is not used if Hands-Free Mode is enabled.

Features
The Countdown setting allows you to adjust how much time guests have between making their pre-capture selections and when their capture is taken.
How To Adjust The Capture Countdown
- Log in to Fiesta
- Create or select an event
- Select Configure Event
- Select Countdown
- Move the slider bar to adjust your countdown from 1 to 10 seconds
If Pose Tips are enabled for the event, the countdown will begin after the Pose Tip finishes playing.
If there is a Photo Template set for your event and guests choose to take a Photo capture, or when the GIF Capture Mode is selected by guests, an additional countdown will be displayed between each capture.
The time between Photo captures with a Photo Template set is determined by the Countdown setting in the Interface tab.
The time between each GIF capture can be adjusted within the GIF Capture Mode settings.

The LED Ring features a myriad of color and pattern options to match the branding of your event and make sure your booth stands out in a crowd.
You can adjust the color, pattern, and brightness of the LED Ring from the Event Interface screen after pairing the Fiesta iOS App to the Salsa 1 or Salsa 2 Photo Booth, or once Guac Photo Booth is connected to Fiesta - or any time from the Fiesta Web App.

The Disclaimer Screen allows you to present important terms and conditions, information about rights and permissions to use captures taken by guests, or any other information before guests select a capture mode.
- Log in to Fiesta
- Create or select an event
- Select Configure Event
- Toggle on Disclaimer
- Modify the Disclaimer Title and Disclaimer Body to fit your needs
Note: The Disclaimer title has a character limit of 30, and the Disclaimer body has a limit of 10,000 characters.
Features
Hands-Free Mode is a fun and useful feature to assist in limiting the physical interactions guests have with the photo booth when initiating a capture.
Hands-Free Mode replaces the Tap To Start Screen with a graphic, instructing guests to wave their hand in view of the photo booth to start their photo booth session.
- Log in to Fiesta
- Create or select an event
- Select Configure Event
- Toggle on Hands Free Mode
Note: For the best experience, it is recommended to use other hands-free features such as QR code, and to limit capture modes and other settings to one option.
