The Event Dashboard is the main hub within Fiesta for your event and has three sections: Captures, Proposal, and Analytics.
From here, you can manage captures, access event settings, build out your proposal, view analytics, and more.
Most importantly, the Event Dashboard is where you will start your iPad, DSLR, or 360 event or share the link to a Virtual Booth event.
Note: iPad, DSLR, and 360 events can only be started from the Fiesta iOS App.
Features
The Captures tab on the Event Dashboard in Fiesta displays captures taken during an event where they can be viewed or managed. Captures shown here are also available on the event’s Live Gallery.
Captures can be added to an event in the Captures tab in a number of ways:

What To Know
A link to event guests’ individual captures on the event’s Live Gallery is included with every Text and Email Share.
Guests can also view the entire Live Gallery if Enable Live Gallery is toggled on by selecting the View All Captures button on their individual capture link.
You can copy a direct link to the Live Gallery to share with a client or anyone else from the Captures section of the Event Dashboard.
Note: By default, the entire Live Gallery is viewable by all guests, or anyone else with the Live Gallery link. To disable this and prevent the entire Live Gallery from being viewed by everyone, you can toggle off Enable Live Gallery in your event's Live Gallery settings.

What To Know
The Fiesta Software has a built-in system to ensure captures are not taking up too much space on the iOS device.
After 7 days, captures that have successfully uploaded to the Fiesta servers are removed from the iOS device.
Thumbnail previews of each capture will still be available to view after captures have been removed from the iOS device.
If you need to access the captures on the iOS device after they have been removed, selecting the captures will begin redownloading them while the device is connected to Wi-Fi. Once redownloaded, they can be viewed, shared, and printed again for up to 7 more days.
The chart above explains the symbols that appear at the top right of capture thumbnails in the Event Dashboard through the upload and download process.
Note: captures will not begin the 7-day timer to be removed from the iOS device until after the capture has been successfully uploaded.
Features
An Event Proposal is a way to visualize and share with a client how an event will look, feel, and run.
A proposal is typically created and shared with a potential client who has already provided you with information about the event – from theme, colors, and requested features, to capture modes and backdrops.
The Proposal section of the Event Dashboard makes the process of creating a Proposal simple, by automatically generating a webpage based off of the event’s settings and branding.

Features
Event Analytics is a tool that can help you better understand how successful an event was.
From the Analytics section of the Event Dashboard in Fiesta, you can gain insight into the most popular capture modes and sharing options, how many guests interacted with the call-to-action button on the page, which captures were viewed and shared the most often, and more.
You can also download the sharing data and survey results as a CSV spreadsheet from the Analytics page, which includes all of the email addresses and phone numbers entered into Fiesta by guests when sharing their captures, providing you with ways to reach out after an event for marketing and other purposes.
