What Is Account Billing?
In the Fiesta Web App, the Account Billing section allows you to view and manage your subscription plan, track software licenses, update payment methods, download invoices, and view subscription credits.
What information is available in Account Billing?
- Subscription plan
- Number of Software Licenses
- Payment methods
- Invoices for subscription plans and software licenses
- Subscription credits
To Access Account Billing:
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Click your initials in the upper right corner
- Select Billing from the drop-down menu
Important: Account Billing cannot be accessed through the Fiesta iOS app. You must log in to the Fiesta Web App on a desktop or mobile web browser.
My Plan
The My Plan section shows details about your current subscription plan, billing frequency, and the total of available software licenses.
The My Plan section includes:
- Subscription plan tier - Fiesta Pro or Fiesta Plus
- Billing frequency - Monthly or Yearly
- Licenses used - Number of licenses currently in use
- Total number of licenses - Total Number of licenses available
To make changes to your subscription plan, billing frequency, or number of licenses, click Manage.

Managing Licenses
Each iPad requires its own license to run an event on the Fiesta iOS App.
Important: At least one active license is needed to create and run events.
Managing licenses for Multiple Devices:
If you run one event at a time, you can move a single license between iPads by removing the iPad from your Devices list in the Fiesta Web App.
Important: Logging into the Fiesta iOS App on an iPhone does not count as a device and does not appear in your Devices list, but an active license is still required to create and run events.
If you run two or more in-person events at the same time, your account must have one license per iPad for each device to log in to the Fiesta iOS App.
A single license lets you run multiple Virtual Events at the same time, even if you are also using it for an in-person event.
Important: You cannot log out of the Fiesta iOS App if there are captures waiting to be uploaded or shared.
You can add or remove licenses from your account at any time in the Billing section of the Account Management dashboard.

The Payment Methods section displays the card(s) on file for your subscription billing.
What can I do in the Payment Methods section?
- Edit your debit or credit card information
- Add a secondary payment method (optional)
- Select the default payment method
A secondary payment method is not required. It only serves as a backup if your default payment method fails. If you add one, you can choose which card is set as your default for upcoming subscription payments.

The Upcoming Invoice section provides a quick overview of your subscription charges for the next billing cycle.
The Upcoming Invoice section includes:
- Total amount to be billed
- Subscription plan renewal rate
- Any credits applied to the invoice
- Amount of credits remaining after the upcoming invoice
To view the detailed breakdown of the invoice, select Preview.
The invoice Preview will provide details about the cost of each license and the total before and after the subscription credits are applied. If you do not have any subscription credits, they will not be listed.
Adding Subscription Credits
Subscription Credits are included with some Salsa 1, Salsa 2, Guac, and Tortilla booth purchases. If you purchased subscription credits, they are automatically added to your account. These credits will be used towards your subscription plan charges and will automatically apply to your upcoming invoice if available.

Past Invoices
The Past Invoice section provides a history of your previous invoices and payments for your account.
The Past Invoice section includes:
- Amount for the invoice
- Date of Payment
- Invoice status
You can download past invoices from this section to keep for your own records or accounting purposes.
If payment for a past invoice failed or if there was an issue, you can click the icon next to the invoice status for more information.
