Your Fiesta account password is half of the key used to access your events, Marketing Materials, the Photobooth Academy, and more.

The password for your account is originally set when creating a Fiesta account. Your password can be changed at any time when logged into your account.

You can also reset your password if it has been forgotten and you can’t log in.

Change Your Fiesta Account Password

You can change your Fiesta account password at any time in your Security Settings.

Follow these steps to update your password:

1. Log in to your Fiesta account from the Fiesta Web App or the Fiesta iOS App
2. Click your initials in the top-right corner
3. From the drop-down menu, select Security
4. Under Account Password, enter your current password
5. Type in your new password
6. Re-enter the new password to confirm
7. Click Change Password to save your update

Important: After changing your password, log out and back into the Fiesta iOS app using your new password. This prevents any disruptions or unexpected issues while accessing or managing your events.

4. Check your inbox for an email from email@boothmailer.com
   Important: If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
