The Event Passcode is a security feature that prevents guests from accidentally exiting out of the event and accessing other events or account settings. This helps protect your account and clients’ information during in-person events.
Event Passcodes are especially useful for permanent booth installations or drop-off booths, ensuring that only authorized users can exit an active event. This feature works for both photo booth and sharing station setups.
Using an Event Passcode helps keep your event secure while it's running by restricting access to other parts of the Fiesta iOS App.
Important: Event Passcodes do not work for virtual events.
When the Event Passcode is enabled, guests can still access and view event captures in the Live Gallery. If you need to restrict access to the Live Gallery, create a Live Gallery password instead. Learn more about the Live Gallery settings.
