Why Captures Need To Be Deleted From The SD Card
All captures on Guac are saved to the Canon camera's SD card and transferred to the iPad for Fiesta to then apply Photo Templates, Overlays, and other designs, which are then uploaded to the event.
Once the captures have been successfully uploaded, they are deleted from the iPad to conserve space on the device.
The captures on the SD card are not automatically deleted and will eventually need to be manually removed to make space for additional captures.
If you find yourself needing to clear the SD card frequently, you can replace it with a larger capacity card.

When To Delete Captures From SD Card
When your SD card within the camera drops below 5GB of storage, you will be alerted by the app to delete captures from the SD card. It is recommended to delete captures from the SD card as soon as you receive this notice.
Keeping available space on your SD card will help alleviate any chance of the card becoming full, causing issues with the camera's ability to take captures.
Difference Of Quality Between Event Captures And SD Card Captures
The size and quality of Photo Mod captures saved to your event are the same as the captures saved to the SD card.
GIF, Boomerang, Video, and Slo-Mo captures may be cropped or compressed before they are saved to your event. This allows for faster uploads and reduces data usage when connected to a personal hotspot with a data limit or cap.
Slo-Mo captures saved to an event are automatically edited by Fiesta to play a portion of the video at regular speed. The same Slo-Mo capture that is saved to the SD card will play back entirely in slow motion.
