Priority Issues
Print Button
Issue: Some users experienced issues where the number set for Max Prints Per Session behaved like the Max Prints Per Event if the Max Prints Per Event was set.
Solution: Update your software to Fiesta 1.1.46
- If you are unable to update Fiesta to 1.1.46, try printing from Gallery Mode, or setting Max Prints Per Event to 0 which will allow for unlimited prints
Event Syncing
Issue: Sometimes, events do not sync correctly on the iPad, which can result in:
- Event settings not reflecting on the iPad
- Events not showing up
- Event assets failing to upload, even after force closing and reopening the app
Solution:

If you do not have pending captures: uninstall and reinstall Fiesta while the iPad is connected to WiFi

- Occasionally, you may need to restart the iPad after uninstalling to clear the iPad's cache.

Camera Issues
Issue: Cameras may fail to finalize a capture or fail to load the live preview.
Solution: Force close and restart the Fiesta App to resolve the issue of camera failing to finalize a capture or load live preview
Capture Processing Time
Issue: Processing times for captures may be longer than expected
Solution: Our engineering team is working on long term improvements for faster processing times.
Design Studio
Issue: Design options may display layouts that don't match the selected design, or certain single capture layouts may show a reduced size in the Editor and preview.
Solution: Consider using alternative designs for your event
Guest Experience (iPad, DSLR, And 360 Events)
Issue: Edits made to a Photo Template or Overlay in Design Studio while the event is running may not be applied
Solution: Remove the current design from the Capture Mode and add the updated design

Issue:
- Processing longer video captures may take more time than expected
- Some animated Masks may not appear correctly in captures
- Some users' Bluetooth microphones may not record sound in Video Captures

Email Sharing
Issue: Subject lines in emails may have an unexpected character limit
Solution: Modify the subject line from within the Salsa App
Issue: Header and body customization may not appear for some users
Solution: Use the Salsa App to manage email customization for events requiring this feature
Event Settings - Modes
Issue: Overlays created in Design Studio may not appear when browsing existing Overlay designs from the 360 Modes settings. (360 Events)

Event Dashboard
Issue: Some users are unable to download from the Event Dashboard or the Live Gallery 'Download ZIp' options

Live Gallery
Issue: Some Android users may be unable to download individual captures using the download button
Solution: Android users can download the capture by long pressing it on the individual share page, which will allow it to download
Printing (iPad And DSLR Events)
Issue: Chips may fail to connect when the iPad is offline (Guac Booth)
Solution: Ensure the iPad is online to reconnect to Chips
Issue: Chips Dashboard may not show the 'Adjust Printer Media Size' link when using a hardwired Guac connection
Solution: Enter https://172.16.0.6:631/printers/Chips into Safari on the iPad currently connected to Guac with a hardwired connection
Sharing Station
Issue: Starting Sharing Station for the first time in an event with numerous captures may take longer to load than expected.
Solution: Remain connected to WiFi and wait for all captures to finish downloading. Subsequent starts of Sharing Station will load immediately
Hands Free Mode
Issue: Hands free mode is causing the app to close for some users
Solution: Be sure that both your iPadOS and Fiesta App are up to date
