Event Auto Start
In this video, you'll learn how to:
- Enable Event Auto Start
- Set up the Start Time and End Time for your event
- Run Event Auto Start on your iPad
What is Event Auto Start?
The Event Auto Start feature allows a booth running a Fiesta event to be set up prior to the event and launch the event on time without an attendant returning. The event will remain disabled until the event start time, and will deactivate the booth once the set end time has been reached.
This feature provides new possibilities for drop-off booths, whether the event will be running only for one night, or for a week-long event!
Note: Event Auto Start is only available with a Fiesta Pro subscription.
Turn On Event Auto Start
To turn on Event Auto Start:
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Interface tab
- Toggle on Event Auto Start
Adjust Event Date & Time
To adjust the Date & Time:
- Log in to Fiesta
- Locate the event you wish to update
- Select the Three Dots on the Event Tile next to the title
- Select Edit Event Info
- Adjust the Event Date and Event Time
