Keeping your account, events, and device secure should be a top priority.
This is especially true when running a photo booth business, as your account includes your own information, as well as client and guest captures, email addresses, phone numbers, and more.
The Security Settings makes this easy with a number of features in place to keep your account and events safe.
Features
Your Fiesta Account Password is one half of the key to access your events, marketing materials, the Photobooth Academy, and more.
The password for your account is originally set when creating a Fiesta account and can be changed at any time should you want, or need to if it is forgotten.
When setting a password, it is helpful to follow some best practices:
- Don’t use the same password across several accounts
- Avoid making an easily guessed password
- The longer and more complex the password, the better
- Consider using a reputable password manager

What To Know
Changing Your Fiesta Account Login
Your Fiesta Account Login is the email address you used to sign up for your account, and is the other half of the key to log into your account.
If your email has recently been compromised or if you want to use a different email address for logging in, you can change it in your account settings.

Setting an Event Passcode is an important part of setting up your photo booth.
When an Event Passcode is set and enabled for an event, it will prevent guests from ending the event by prompting them to enter in the passcode if they accidentally double tap the top left corner while an event is running.
After setting an Event Passcode, the feature is automatically turned on for all new events.
The passcode can be turned on and off via the three dots on the event tile while viewing the event from the Events page.
If you want to disable the passcode for all events, simply revisit the Security tab under Manage Account and delete the passcode.
