- Step 1: Go to Your Account Settings in Fiesta
- Step 2: Enter in a New Email Address
- Step 3: Verify Your New Email Address
- Step 4: Log out and Log Back in to Your Account

What is a Fiesta Account Login?
Your Fiesta Account Login is the email address used when signing up for your account.
If your email has recently been compromised or if you want to use a different email address for logging in, you can change it in your account settings.
You can also change your Fiesta Account Password from the account settings.

Go To Your Account Settings In Fiesta
- Log in to Fiesta
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select View My Account from the dropdown
Enter In A New Email Address
- Click the Email field under User Details
- Type in the new email address
- Press Enter on the keyboard or click outside of the text field
- Check the new field to make sure the email address was entered correctly
Note: If the new email address was entered in incorrectly, you can click it and change it to the correct address.
A verification email will be sent to the new address. You can continue to log into your Fiesta account using the original email address until the new address is verified.
Verify Your New Email Address

Check the inbox of the new email address you entered
Note: The email will come from email@boothmailer.com with the subject “Email address verification” - Open the email verification
- Click Verify Email
Log Out And Log Back In To Your Account
- Open the Fiesta iOS App
- Tap your profile
- Select Log Out
- Log back in to the Fiesta iOS App using the new email address
Note: You will want to repeat these steps on all iPads assigned to your account to avoid any interruption during your events.
If You Haven’t Received A Verification Email
It may take up to 15 minutes to receive the verification email. In the meantime, you will still be able to log in to your account using the original email address.
If you’re unable to find the verification email in your inbox, you might need to check your spam folder, as it may have been sent there.
