Event Proposals are formally written plans and examples of how an event will look, feel, and run. Creating an Event Proposal using Fiesta is simple as the details are automatically generated creating a website based off of the event’s features and settings.
The Event Proposal is typically shared with a potential client who has already provided you with details about their desired event. From themes, colors, and requested features to capture modes, backdrops, and sharing information — the Event Proposal allows your client to understand everything your booth is capable of!
Additionally, you can generate multiple proposals by creating multiple sample events based on different packages that you offer to provide a distinction between your standard package and the benefits of purchasing a higher-tier package that includes more features.
While the general outline of the proposal is pre-designed, many of its core components are fully customizable to give your clients a realistic idea of what they can expect when they book with you.
