The Event Passcode is an important feature that will prevent guests from leaving the event and accessing any other events or settings, keeping your and your other clients’ information safe.
Setting up an Event Passcode becomes increasingly important when offering permanent installs or drop-off booths, and can be used whether the event is set as a photo booth or sharing station.
Event Passcodes can easily keep your personal information private and secure while the event is running.

How To
How to set an Event Passcode:
- Log in to Fiesta
- Click Account Management
- Click Security
- Navigate to the Event Passcode text field
- Enter a 4-digit passcode
- Click Change Passcode
Note: Once an Event Passcode has been set, it will be automatically turned on for all newly created events
How To
Disable Event Passcode For Specific Events
The Event Passcode is automatically turned on for all new events created after setting a passcode.
The passcode can be turned off when creating a new event by toggling off Event Passcode on the Create Event screen.
How to disable the Event Passcode for an existing event:
- Log in to Fiesta
- On the Events page, click the three dots next to the event name
- Select Disable Event Passcode
Note: If you want to disable the passcode for all events, simply revisit the Security tab under Manage Account and delete the passcode.
